Bio
Danielle grew up in a small town in Kansas, but her journey took her far beyond her roots. After college, she moved to Colorado with her husband, where they lived for five years before he joined the Air Force. Frequent moves sparked her creative curiosity and led her to think outside of the box. For eighteen years, she has lived across the US and in Europe, gaining experiences that have deeply shaped her creative path. Danielle began exploring her artistic talents in her thirties, and for the past fifteen years has painted with acrylics on canvas. At age forty, she started writing poetry as a form of self-therapy -a practice she has nurtured for the last seven years. Beyond her art, she is passionate about community service, volunteering at an art foundation in her local area in northern Virginia, near Washington DC. She believes in the power of shared stories, nature, and creativity to bring people together.
